Welcome to Serenwink (serenwink.com) (“we”, “the store”). By using this site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We may amend these terms at any time; the amended version takes effect once posted on this page.

1. Accounts and responsibility

  • ✦You must ensure the account details you provide at registration are true, accurate and complete.
  • ✦You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • ✦Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

  • ✦An order is formed only when your payment completes successfully and you receive our confirmation email.
  • ✦Settlement currency: orders in Hong Kong and Macau are settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD); orders in all other regions are settled in US dollars (USD).
  • ✦If an obvious pricing error arises from a system or human mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, without further liability.

3. Shipping and returns

If something doesn't fit, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery — items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. Full conditions are set out on the Shipping & Returns page.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, images, designs, trademarks and software — belongs to the store or its licensors. No content may be copied, republished or used commercially without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant order.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
