What payment methods do you take?
Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, securely processed by Stripe.
Where and how fast do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Orders usually ship in 1–2 business days; HK & Macau take about 1–3 business days via SF, international orders about 7–14 business days (import duties borne by the recipient).
How does SF pickup work?
Choose “SF station / locker pickup” before checkout and enter your SF point code. The code appears on your confirmation and order details.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes — request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached (return shipping at your expense). See Shipping & Returns for details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an SF tracking number once shipped — view it in your account order details or on SF Express.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest; sign up later with the same email and your orders link up automatically.
